This meditation was recorded live during an inner intimacy workshop that I facilitated in September of 2021.

And so this is a live transmission.

Because it's a live recording,

You'll probably hear some weird audio sounds and things like that.

See if you can just include that as part of your meditation.

Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to this.

You can make your way into a lying down position.

If it feels more comfortable for you to stay seated,

Then please do that.

The most important thing is to find the most comfortable position for you to be in so that you can fully be present during this meditation.

Take a deep breath and begin.

You walked into a room and you felt loved by everyone in the room.

I want you to imagine this.

I want you to really feel opening yourself into all the possibilities that this invitation holds.

You walked into a room and you were loved.

And you felt that love from everyone else in the room.

And you were accepted just as you are.

There was no fixing.

You didn't have to fix yourself,

Not your hair,

No adjustments to your clothes.

You didn't have to hide some part of your personality because you were afraid that maybe you would run them off,

That they wouldn't like you,

That you wouldn't be invited anymore.

All of that was gone.

And you were so open.

And you felt so much love for yourself and for them.

And you knew that anything was possible.

You could create anything that you imagined in this world because you had so much love surrounding you and within you.

You remembered that you are love.

That there's nothing else.

It's all love.

And it's all you.

And you breathed into that.

You breathed into the knowing that anywhere you went,

That you walked with love.

And you are accepted,

Fully embodied love.

The perfection of innocence,

Of play,

And curiosity.

In all of the tools that you have,

Your wit,

Your creativity,

The joy.

All of this became even more accessible because you felt so much love when you walked into this room.

You remembered that you were held,

That you were never alone,

That you didn't have to isolate.

You didn't have to keep silent,

Play small.

That you could be as big as you wanted,

As bright as you wanted.

And it was celebrated.

In fact,

It was needed.

It was necessary.

You walked into a room today.

And you came into this room with people who love you.

And people who accept you.

They didn't need to know your name,

Or your history,

Or what you do for work.

They could love you,

And did love you,

And do love you,

Just as you are.

Taking in as much of that as you can.

Placing a hand on your heart,

And one hand on your belly.

You don't have to take all of it in at once.

But take in what you can.

And from this place,

Make a promise of love to yourself.

What will you do different from here on out?

How will you be different?

Breathe.

Breathe.

How will your life reflect back to you?

All of the love that you feel for yourself,

That you felt walking into this room,

Perhaps connecting with other beings.

How will your life be different?

Take another full breath.

I want you to really feel like this breath is so essential to you,

Igniting that fire inside your belly.

You cannot live without that fire.

You need that fire so that you can go on in this life,

Because sometimes it gets scary,

And sometimes it feels dark and alone.

And we need to remember that we have the embers,

The fire,

The light inside of us.

I want you to really breathe,

Breathe,

Breathe,

As though your life depends on it,

Because it does.

Your life and its illumination and its brightness depends on the way that you breathe and the way that you live and move.

So breathe that breath.

Breathe that breath.

Breathe it and ignite that fire inside of you.

See the embers.

See the breath.

Start to expand those embers.

Expand those embers.

Expand.

There's so much love around you.

You are so loved.

You are so needed.

This world is not the same without your energy in it.

We need you.

We need you.

Breathe.

Wake up those sleeping embers.

I want you to return back to that promise inside of you.

Was that promise the promise from your soul,

From your heart,

Or was that just from the mind or from the ego?

Can you touch in a little bit deeper and really vow to yourself,

Vow from your soul?

How are you going to be different after this moment?

How will you walk back out of this room into the world different?

And why does it matter?

Why does it matter?

Breathe.

Sink in a little deeper.

Sink in a little deeper.

Trust the precious,

Gentle,

Delicate parts of you,

The subtleness of you.

It's that that contains the wisdom and the knowing.

All of the noise from the world sometimes crowds in in silences that soft,

Subtle part of us,

Which is the knowing.

The knowing that you are perfect as you are,

Going through this journey of life,

Remembering love,

Remembering who you are.

You are not who you are,

One in your name.

Your heart My heart Take a deep breath.

I want you to just feel some arousal inside of your body.

You're going to start to breathe and illuminate ourselves a little bit more.

You're going to do some breaths just out of your nose.

The inhale is going to happen automatically.

So you're just going to breathe at a pace that you can maintain.

Just breathe out through your nose like.

.

.

Pumping your navel back towards your spine,

Just a gentle breath of fire.

Breathing out through your nose,

The inhale will happen automatically.

Just keep breathing out through the nose,

Pushing out any stale breath,

Pushing out anything that doesn't serve you,

You don't need it,

You don't need to know what it is that's going away,

Just letting it go.

Keep going.

Really pump the navel back to the spine to the degree that you can.

Push it out through the nostrils.

Keep going.

And a little more.

Pushing your things out,

You're making more space,

More love,

More joy.

Keep pushing.

Push yourself a little more to the degree that you can.

Slowly start to release that and inhale softly,

Slowly.

So much breath,

So much oxygen,

You don't even have to rush for it,

Just so soft.

Good.

Yeah.

You can start to bend your knees,

Pull your knees up to your chest.

Maybe you grab a hold to your knees and just kind of gently rock yourself side to side or do whatever feels really good and feels true for your body right now.

Let's breathe.

So we're not going to bypass what we're feeling,

Just really moving,

Just really move at a pace that is appropriate for what you feel right now,

Whatever it is.

And yeah,

And then you're just going to roll over to the side.

You can make your way back up into a standing position and just move slowly and quietly and carefully going back to your space.

And you can even crawl back to your space,

You know.

Sometimes that feels really good.

So welcome back.

Notice where you are in relation to your experience.

If you're still laying down or sitting up,

Maybe you're standing up.

Just notice where you are.

Maybe even start opening up your eyes and looking around the space that you're in.

How has this meditation rooted in you?

What has shifted or moved,

If anything at all?

What parts of this meditation can really come alive in you so that your experience of walking into a room and feeling the love that is there for you becomes a reality?
